## Enhancements from the Previous Release

This version of the product has the following enhancements from the previous release:

* Extensive support for [automatic formatting of formula values](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/auto-format-formulas.html) (date format, number format, cell reference format) have been provided just like in Excel 2019 and Excel for Office 365.
* Now users can cut or copy a cell or a range of cells and shapes from a specific area and paste it into another area within the same worksheet or a different worksheet.
* A [new enhanced shape engine](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/working-with-shapes.html) has been introduced that allows users to add and customize shapes and group shapes in the worksheets.
* Complete support for [using slicers](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/working-with-slicer.html) (visual filters) in the worksheet has been provided to enable users to perform quick filtration of the data in charts and tables without using drop-down lists.
* New look up and reference functions - [XLOOKUP](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-formula/XLOOKUP.html) and [XMATCH](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-formula/XMATCH.html) have been introduced in this version.
* Users can now prevent a header from truncating by [auto expanding the row headers](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/auto-expand-row-headers.html) just like in Excel.
* Now, users can [create and use a visual function](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/creating-using-visual-function.html) in the spreadsheet.
* Support for [selecting table formula using structured reference formulas](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/spwin-formulabar.html) has been provided in this version.

## Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved since the last release.

* The tab strip navigation buttons now work correctly without any issues [272766].
* No exceptions with blank messages are thrown while calling the **AddColumnHeaderSpanCell()** function [273138].
* Now, users can apply custom sort logic in the spreadsheet without any issues [273437].
* Now, the icons are not over-scaled when DPI-Awareness is enabled for the application [273689].
* The **CellChanged** event now fires consistently and behaves as expected [273963].
* When the **AllowUndo** property is set to False and the user resizes the width of the row header (fpSpread1.Sheets(0).RowHeader.Columns(0).Resizable = True), the **ColumnWidthChanged** event is now fired without any issues [274164].
* The copy paste operations on the cells containing formulas now work correctly [274165].
* The Image Cell type in a spreadsheet can now be exported successfully without any issues [274247].
* No exceptions are thrown when the RecalculateAll method is used in a child view after editing [274182].
* Now, users can load XML files saved with Spread Winforms V10 in Spread Winforms V12 [270695].
* The auto recalculation of sheetview now works correctly for the cells in the spreadsheet [275076].
* Now, the cell references automatically update when users insert a new row [275913].
* Loading an excel file with row formulas are now displayed properly [276158].
* The operation of clicking on any other cell to change the active cell now works faster than before [260100].
* Now users can migrate from Spread Winforms (desktop application) to Spread Web application without any issues [274892].
* The custom functions are now recalculated correctly after opening an Excel file [269202].
* Using a custom named formula now gives correct results when the referenced cell has a value of custom data type [272313].
