Use the Paste method to paste the Clipboard contents to the cells, starting with the active cell. Learn its syntax and parameters in documentation.

Pastes the Clipboard contents to the cells, starting with the active cell.

## Syntax

```javascript
FpSpread1.Paste();
```

## Parameters

None

## Return Type

None

## Remarks

This method is similar to pressing the Paste button on the command bar. This method does not cause a postback to occur.

## Example

This is a sample that contains the method. On the client side, the script that contains the method would look like this:

```javascript
<script type="text/javascript">
  function moveSelection() {
    FpSpread1.Copy(); // copies selection to Clipboard
    FpSpread1.SetActiveCell(0,0); // goes to top of displayed sheet
    FpSpread1.Paste(); // pastes selection
  }
</script>
```
