# MoveToNextRow

Use the MoveToNextRow method to move the active cell to the next row. Learn its syntax and parameters in documentation.

Moves the active cell to the next row.

## Syntax

[JavaScript]

```javascript
FpSpread1.MoveToNextRow(wrap);
```

## Parameters

***wrap***
Boolean, whether to wrap to the first row when you reach the end of the control

## Return Type

None

## Remarks

This method moves the active cell down to the next row. This will cause the **onActiveCellChanging**, **onActiveCellChanged**, and **onSelectionChanged** events to occur. This method does not cause a postback to occur.

## Example

This is a sample that contains the method. On the client side, the script that contains the method would look like this:

```javascript
<script type="text/javascript">
   function moveRow() {
       FpSpread1.MoveToNextRow(true);
   }
</script>
```
