when <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.GcDateTime.html">GcDateTime</a>'s value is <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/keywords/null">null</a>, it won't shown the watermark.</p>
