When user spin the <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.GcDateTime.Value.html#GrapeCity_Wpf_SpreadSheet_CellType_Editors_GcDateTime_Value">Value</a> property 
      exceed the <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.GcDateTime.MaxDate.html#GrapeCity_Wpf_SpreadSheet_CellType_Editors_GcDateTime_MaxDate">MaxDate</a>, the value will be validated after <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.GcDateTime.html">GcDateTime</a> lost keyboard focus.
