      If the <span class="xref">GcDropDownCalendar</span> is in <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.CalendarMode.html#GrapeCity_Wpf_SpreadSheet_CellType_Editors_CalendarMode_Decade">Decade</a> display mode, this command requests the control to show <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.CalendarMode.html#GrapeCity_Wpf_SpreadSheet_CellType_Editors_CalendarMode_Year">Year</a> display mode; if in <b>Year</b> display mode, it requests the control to show <a class="xref" href="GrapeCity.Wpf.SpreadSheet.CellType.Editors.CalendarMode.html#GrapeCity_Wpf_SpreadSheet_CellType_Editors_CalendarMode_Month">Month</a> display mode.
      If the <span class="xref">GcDropDownCalendar</span> is in <b>Month</b> display mode, this command will be ignored.
