# BITAND

This function calculates bitwise AND of the two specified values.

## Syntax

`BITAND(value1, value2)`

## Remarks

In this function, If the bits of both parameters at the same position are 1, then that bit position is counted.

## Examples

`BITAND(3,6)` gives the result 2.
`BITAND(4,5)` gives the result 4.
