**Improvements**

* Added the Decorators collection property. Labels, Marks, and Pointers can be added in addition to existing Ranges.
* Added the UpdateAnimation and IsAnimated properties, which allow fine-tuning the update animation.
* Added the ShowRangePointer property, which indicates whether the range pointer is shown.
* Color properties were converted to Brush properties to allow gradients.

* Fixed an issue where gauge decorator styling was inconsistent by moving the BorderBrush, BorderWidth, and BorderDashes properties to the base GaugeDecorators class, and removing StrokeThickness from GaugePointer and GaugeMark.
* Fixed an issue where the marks implementation caused collisions between mark decorators.
* Fixed an issue where the OnValueChanged and ValueChanged events did not fire when the value was changed.
