# Step 1: Adding FinancialChart to the Form

To add FinancialChart to the form, perform the following steps:

1.  Create a new **Windows Forms Application**.
2.  In the Design view, either drag and drop or double-click the **FinancialChart** control from/in the Toolbox.<br />The following DLLs are added in the **References** folder:<br />[C1.Win.FinancialChart.4.8](/componentone/api/win/online-financialchart/dotnet-framework-api/C1.Win.FinancialChart.4.8/Assembly)<br />[C1.Win.FlexChart.4.8](/componentone/api/win/online-financialchart/dotnet-framework-api/C1.Win.FlexChart.4.8/Assembly)<br />The FinancialChart control is added to the form successfully.<br /><br /><br />
