For Office 2007 and 2010 palettes this field should always contain unique

For other palettes this field can be <a class="xref" href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.drawing.color.empty">Empty</a>.
In such case control will use <a class="xref" href="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.drawing.color">Color</a> value from the
theme definition.</p>
