  [Get] The getting region is a copy of the current region.
  [Set] Only a copy of the setting region is used. The region itself can be seted 
  for any number of other device contexts or it can be deleted.

<p>
  To remove a device-context's clipping region, specify a IntPtr.Zero region handle.
</p>
<p>
  The coordinate of region will not be effected by current origin of page space.
</p>
