<div class="markdown level0 remarks"><p><a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.RowColChange.html">RowColChange</a> fires when the <a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.Row.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_C1FlexGridBase_Row">Row</a> or <a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.Col.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_C1FlexGridBase_Col">Col</a> properties change, either 
as a result of user actions (mouse or keyboard) or through code.</p>
<p>This event does not fire when the selection changes (<a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.RowSel.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_C1FlexGridBase_RowSel">RowSel</a> or <a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.ColSel.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_C1FlexGridBase_ColSel">ColSel</a> properties) 
but the active cell (<a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.Row.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_C1FlexGridBase_Row">Row</a>, <a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.Col.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_C1FlexGridBase_Col">Col</a>) remains the same. In this case, the <a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.SelChange.html">SelChange</a> 
event fires instead.</p>
