<p>It is does not fire when a column is moved using the <a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.ColumnCollection.Move.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_ColumnCollection_Move_System_Int32_System_Int32_">Move(int, int)</a> method.</p>
<p>You can prevent specific columns from being dragged by the user by setting their 
<a class="xref" href="C1.Win.FlexGrid.RowCol.AllowDragging.html#C1_Win_FlexGrid_RowCol_AllowDragging">AllowDragging</a> property to false.</p>
