The string should contain the output of a call to SaveChartTemplateToString.
If chart element images were present at the time the SaveChartTemplateToString was called,
the appropriate images are also reset to the saved values.
If an error occurs during reading or chart drawing, an appropriate exception
is thrown indicating the cause of error.</p>
