<div class="markdown level1 remarks"><p>This method loads the contents of the specified file in XML format into the chart.
The file should contain the output of a call to SaveChartTemplateToFile.
If chart element images were present at the time the SaveChartTemplateToFile was called,
the appropriate images are also reset to the saved values.
If an error occurs during the file open, reading or chart drawing,
an appropriate exception is thrown indicating the cause of error.</p>
